Diagnostic Researcher I   Position Description

 Duties and Responsibilities

• Diagnostic Researchers will identify Computer Assisted Medical Diagnosis (CAMD) systems worldwide.
  Diagnostic Researchers will perform literature research to identify
  state of the art software in Arabic, Portuguese, French, German, Chinese, Japanese and Russian.
  Once identified, Diagnostic Researchers will communicate with developers, medical experts and users of the systems,
  to determine the cost, terms of use of the systems and testing procedures to evaluate the effectiveness of the systems.
   

• Researchers will write proposals for funding the development and testing of CAMD systems
  .

• Researchers will keep abreast of diagnostic tools, equipment and procedures useful for patients in
  medical personnel. This information will be organized and prepared in electronic form for dissemination
  by the Marketing and Public Awareness Divisions of World Health Specialists
   

• Researchers will also recruit volunteers and staff from their country to assist in developing and implementing
  CAMD system in medical Schools, hospitals, clinics and on the Internet.
   

• Researchers will identify exemplary diagnostic centers world wide and assess lessons learned from diagnostic centers,
  along with establishing a database of such centers with their capabilities, and effectiveness.
  Researchers will be able to refer patients to the appropriate Diagnostic Center.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess  a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree.  Candidates with Doctor of Medicine Degrees are preferred.
Candidates should have intermediate skill levels in Microsoft Word, Excel and those with
 intermediate skills in PowerPoint, and Outlook are preferred. Good communication skills are essential
 in written and oral communications. Candidates must meet the General Requirments

Treatment Database Manager  Position Description

Duties and Responsibilities

Candidates will perform literature research, attend conferences, and gather information on specific diseases.
Information will be organized, analyzed, and reported in specified formats to be added to the
Treatment database. All types of treatments, traditional, holositic, and testimonials will be included
and peer review and public comments on the treatments will be solicited organized and analysed.

Additional information such as the cost, resources required, individuals and institutions that can provide and deliver
the treatment will be compiled and published.

Duties and Responsibilities

Consultants will repsond to questions and quiries by medcial personnel, patients, doctors, and others
through chat or voice communications.
Consultants  will organize references sources, such as medical texts, web site medical information sources
and assure copyright are not infringed upon.

Qualifications

Medical doctors completing the equivalent of a Medical degree from an acreditted or profesionally
recognized institution located out of the United States.
Fluent English communication skills, and knowledgeable of medical and scientific terms..

Applications Developer Position Description

Duties and Responsibilities

 The Applications Developer will integrate software, which will include Electronic Health Record systems with the Computer Assisted Diagnostic System: Quippe, developed by Medicomp and other requirements, which may become necessary. The Applications Developer will: 

• review and test current on the market EHR systems including US Veterans Administration Vista Software
• will obtain terms on use of the EHR from providers
• Understand and integrate the EHR used and developed by the US Veterans Administration known as Vista CPRS.

• Negotiate terms of use with the  US Veteran Administration
• contact and obtain lessons learned from hospitals using the sytem/
• integrate other modules, include
  Quipped for use with the EHR systems
• prepare written proposals of strategies for recruitment of members. Which include media campaigns: Television, Radio, Print Media and Internet

 Qualifications

Candidates should posses a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in the Computer Science or equivalent., They should have intermediate skill levels in Microsoft Word, Excel, SQL, JavaScript, C++,  PowerPoint, and Outlook are preferred.
